This US Flag was flown to lunar orbit on the Apollo 10 mission to the Moon.

6x4 inch US Flag Flown on Apollo 10, the final dress rehearsal mission before the first manned moon landing, which tested all the vital Lunar Module and Command Module maneuvers in Lunar Orbit.
The flag is affixed to the original NASA presentation card of the time, and was presented to NASA support personnel in appreciation of their role in the success of the mission.
The presentation has unfortunately been hung in sunlight for quite some time, and so the card has suffered from coloration and faded signatures which have since been re-traced by the previous owner with a sharpie, but the flag itself is in good shape. US Flags are the most sought after Lunar Flown Flags, and this one has been hand inscribed by Apollo 10 Astronaut Gene Cernan as, "Flown To The Moon On Apollo 10 - Gene Cernan LMP". It also comes with a photograph of Cernan holding the presentation.
