This Beta cloth crew patch flew to the moon aboard the command module KittyHawk on the Apollo 14 mission from January 31-February 9 , 1971. It came originally from the personal collection of Apollo 14 Lunar Module Pilot, Edgar Mitchell who has also inscribed the Beta Cloth, "Flown To The Moon On Apollo 14, Edgar Mitchell"

The Beta Cloth has been framed using archival materials, alongside an 11x14 inch photo of the launch of Apollo 14 hand signed by Mitchell with Apollo 14 LMP added. The frame also includes a brass plaque which reads, "Apollo 14 Flown Beta Cloth Patch - This Apollo 14 emblem printed on fire proof Beta cloth was flown to lunar orbit aboard the Apollo 14 mission and is from the personal collection of Edgar Mitchell'
