This Beta cloth crew patch flew to the moon aboard the command module KittyHawk on the Apollo 14 mission from January 31-February 9 , 1971. It comes directly form the personal collection of Apollo 14 Lunar Module Pilot, Edgar Mitchell who has also inscribed the Beta Cloth, "Flown To The Moon Aboard Apollo 14, Edgar Mitchell LMP"
The Beta Cloth has been framed using archival materials and includes a brass plaque.
