This beautiful Lunar Surface Flown US Flag comes affixed to an official presentation card signed by Charlie Duke, who has also inscribed the Flag as "This Flag Flown To The Lunar Surface Aboard The Lunar Module 'Orion' April 20 1972 - Charlie Duke Apollo 16 LMP". Charlie has also hand signed a one page COA which describes the history of the flag, and as an extra bonus, a signed photo with a long hand written inscription is also supplied (see pictures below)
