Apollo 9 crew signed flown Mexico flag presentation – from the Jim McDivitt collection

5x7 Mexico flag mounted to a 10x12 NASA-issued presentation originally from Jim McDivitt’s collection who was the mission’s Commander.

McDivitt retained this flag presentation for 40 years and has signed both the flag as well as a separate certification letter. McDivitt has also signed the matte itself along with his crew-mates Dave Scott and Rusty Schweickart.

The presentation has some toning around the edges which could easily matte out if framed. The crew signatures, certification letter and flag are in perfect condition. It is accompanied by a photo of McDivitt holding the actual item to add to the provenance.
